These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Franshys's website, the Franshys AI business operating system, its subscription plans, and related services (“Services”), including purchases made at www.franshys.com/pricing. By accessing or using the Services, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Franshys provides a cloud-based business operating system covering CRM, lead management, sales pipelines, franchise management, customer support and HR management, offered through subscription plans described on our Pricing page.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the business you represent. Franshys is intended for business customers managing leads, sales, customers, franchise operations, support or team workflows, and is not directed to consumers purchasing for personal use.
Franshys is licensed as a hosted software subscription. Each plan (Basic, Plus, Premium, Pro) unlocks a defined set of product modules as described on the Pricing page. Exact seat, location and storage entitlements for your subscription are confirmed in your account and, for enterprise needs, by sales@franshys.com.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Access to the Services is provisioned to the account associated with your subscription after successful payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@franshys.com of any suspected unauthorized use.
Franshys offers the subscription plans listed on our Pricing page. Plan pricing, included modules and billing frequency are displayed on that page and in your purchase summary before checkout.
Fees are shown in USD on the Pricing page before you are directed to checkout. You agree to pay the fees for your selected plan at the frequency described in Section 11 (Automatic Renewal).
Payments are processed by our payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record, through its secure hosted checkout. Franshys does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or other sensitive card details on its own servers. See our Security page for more on payment data handling.
Prices displayed do not necessarily include applicable taxes, which may be calculated and collected at checkout depending on your billing location and applicable law.
Franshys Basic, Plus and Premium are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically monthly at the price shown on the Pricing page until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current plan fee on each renewal date using your saved payment method, unless you cancel before that date. Franshys Pro is a one-time payment covering one year of access and does not renew automatically; you will need to purchase again to continue access after that period. See Section 12 (Cancellation) and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard where self-service cancellation is available, or by contacting support@franshys.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Initial subscription payments are generally non-refundable once account access, onboarding, provisioning or subscription benefits have been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This section does not limit any consumer right you have under applicable law.
You may change plans by contacting support@franshys.com or through account management functionality where available. Plan changes may adjust your billing amount and, where applicable, may be prorated or take effect at your next renewal date, as communicated to you at the time of the change.
Access is provided for the duration of an active, paid subscription. Certain modules are available only on plans that include them, as described on the Pricing page.
You agree not to misuse the Services, and you agree to Franshys's Acceptable Use Policy, including that you will not:
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, scraping or automated misuse of the Services, credential sharing outside your licensed seats, attempts to bypass security controls, and any use that infringes the rights of others. See the full Acceptable Use Policy.
Franshys, including its software, branding, UI and documentation, remains our intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You retain ownership of data you submit to Franshys (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our Privacy Policy describes personal data handling, and our Data Processing Information page describes our role as a processor of personal data you submit.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services (including our payment processor and infrastructure providers). See our Subprocessors page for providers currently in use.
All payments for Services are processed by our payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to our payment processor's applicable terms governing the payment transaction itself.
Our payment processor acts as the Merchant of Record for Franshys subscription transactions. Our payment processor and/or Franshys may appear on your payment receipt or billing statement.
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but the Services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability except as expressly stated in a signed order form or SLA.
We may modify, add to or discontinue features of the Services from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you are actively subscribed to.
We may suspend access to the Services for accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or where payment has failed and not been resolved within a reasonable period after notice.
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period after notice. Upon termination, your access ends and Customer Data export may be available for a limited time as documented in product support resources or upon request to support@franshys.com.
Except as expressly stated in an order form or SLA, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Franshys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid to Franshys for that period.
You agree to indemnify and hold Franshys harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Pending legal review. These Terms are currently intended to be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed enterprise agreement states otherwise. This section is marked for confirmation against Franshys's registered legal entity and served jurisdictions before final publication.
Pending legal review. Franshys encourages customers to contact support@franshys.com to resolve billing or service concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution. Formal dispute-resolution mechanisms (e.g. arbitration, venue) will be confirmed here following legal review.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where a negotiated enterprise agreement supersedes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
