Basic, Plus and Premium are recurring monthly subscriptions — your card is charged again on the same date every month until you cancel. Pro is a one-time annual payment with no automatic renewal.
For monthly plans, cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription in your Franshys dashboard whenever functionality is available, or contact support@franshys.com. Pro's one-time annual payment doesn't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. See the Cancellation Policy.
Your first payment is generally non-refundable once service is activated, except where required by law. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payments for Franshys subscriptions are processed by our payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Our payment processor's name, and/or Franshys, may appear on your card or bank statement as the billing descriptor.
Checkout is completed on our payment processor's secure, hosted payment page — Franshys does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or other sensitive card details on its own servers.
