This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Franshys subscription plans (Basic, Plus, Premium and Pro) purchased at www.franshys.com/pricing. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by our payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or consumer protection right you have under applicable law.
The initial payment made when purchasing or activating a Franshys subscription is generally non-refundable once any of the following has occurred, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved under this policy:
This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right available to you under applicable law.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, service delivery status, applicable contractual terms and applicable law. Requests may be considered where, for example:
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. See Refund Request to start a request.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the following are generally not eligible for a refund:
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, contact us or log in and open a support ticket with your transaction details. Confirmed duplicate charges are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.
If a technical error caused you to be charged an incorrect amount, or charged in error, contact Billing Support with your transaction reference. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors.
If your payment was captured but your Franshys account or subscription features were never provisioned, contact Billing Support. Where non-delivery is confirmed, a refund will generally be issued.
Franshys Basic, Plus and Premium are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Franshys Pro is a one-time annual payment that does not renew automatically — you will need to purchase again to continue access after your paid year ends. Renewal charges on the monthly plans reflect a new billing period of active subscription access and are handled differently from the initial payment described in Section 2:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. See the full Cancellation Policy for step-by-step instructions, what happens to your data, and what to do if self-service cancellation isn't working for you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or bank and are typically reflected within 5–10 business days after approval, though this may vary.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicate, unauthorized, or related to a service issue, please contact Franshys Support first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter promptly. Most billing concerns can be resolved faster this way than through a bank chargeback, and reaching out first helps us keep your account and payment history accurate. You retain your right to dispute a transaction with your bank or card issuer at any time under applicable law.
If you don't recognize a Franshys charge or believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact us or log in and open a support ticket immediately. We will help identify the transaction and, where unauthorized use is confirmed, assist with next steps.
Franshys subscription payments are processed by our payment processor, which acts as Merchant of Record for these transactions. Our payment processor and/or Franshys may appear on your payment receipt or billing statement. Our payment processor processes the payment on Franshys's behalf; Franshys remains responsible for the product and service you receive.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have under the consumer protection, distance-selling, or similar laws of your country or region, including any mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal rights. Where such rights apply and conflict with this policy, the mandatory legal right governs.
Billing and refund questions: Contact us, email support@franshys.com, or log in and open a support ticket.
