Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview & Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using the Franshys website (www.franshys.com) and the Franshys application (app.franshys.com), together the "Services." It applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Services, including individual users, organizations and their authorized users. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of access as described in Section 5 (Enforcement) and Section 10 (Termination) of the Terms of Service.

2. Eligible Use

The Services are intended for legitimate business use by organizations and individuals who have agreed to our Terms of Service. You must have the authority to bind your organization if you are using the Services on its behalf, and you must comply with applicable laws in the territories where you operate.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• engage in any unlawful activity, or activity that violates the rights of others;
• commit or facilitate fraud, including payment fraud or providing false billing or account information;
• upload, distribute or execute malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that does not belong to you, including by circumventing authentication or authorization;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Services beyond what is permitted by any published API terms;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in phishing;
• harass, threaten, defame or abuse other users or Franshys personnel;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of Franshys or any third party;
• attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security control, rate limit, or access restriction on the Services; or
• abuse shared platform resources in a way that degrades the Services for other customers (for example, excessive automated requests or storage abuse).

4. Account & Credential Sharing

Franshys accounts are provisioned for use by the registered organization's authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, consistent with Section 4 of our Terms of Service. Where a subscription plan is licensed on a per-seat or per-user basis, credentials for a given seat should not be shared with, or used by, individuals outside your organization's authorized users. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately at support@franshys.com.

5. Enforcement

Franshys may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, for accounts that violate this policy, consistent with the Termination provisions of our Terms of Service. Where practical, we will attempt to notify the account holder of the reason for any suspension or termination. Franshys may take these actions without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services, other users, or third parties from harm.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, or believe your account or organization has been affected by abusive conduct, please report it to support@franshys.com with as much detail as possible (affected account, description of the conduct, and any supporting information).

7. Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
